Port Facility Security Officer / Security Supervisor

Job Description

Supervises the daily operations of the internal security and third-party security force to protect personnel, assets, and property within the facility. Reports to the PFSO, Security Manager and Terminal Manager.
Team Supervision: Direct, schedule, and monitor internal security / security guards/ officers during their shifts. observe and provide instructions to guard mounting and post inspections.
Company compliance Reporting- Consolidate security reports, incident logs accomplishments, Submit trimestral report - year end reports.
Security Plan Management: Create, Develop, implement, and update the PFSP; conduct regular security assessments and audits.
Ensure security measures are in place for the three (3) ISPS security levels. Coordinate response to security threats, breaches, and incidents.

Bachelor's degree
At least 2-3 yrs of related experience as safety officer
With related experience, training, and license as Security Officer, Emergency Response and First Aid Training.
Willing to work at Bauan, Batangas
