Job Description
- Source suppliers and request quotations for required materials and services
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding orders, deliveries, and payment concerns
- Coordinating with project contractors / departments
- Maintaining and updating database of supplier qualifications and pricing records
- Prepare purchase requests, purchase orders, and related procurement documents.
Qualifications
- Graduate of Mechanical Engineering
- with related experience such as experience in procurement in construction and plant maintenance (oil/gas industry)
- soft skills: demonstrate teamwork, communication, and adaptability.
- Willing to work at Globe Telecom Plaza 1, Mandaluyong City
